Nutrition Outreach & Education Program in Tompkins
The Tompkins County NOEP is located in downtown Ithaca, at Catholic Charities of Tompkins/Tioga, 324 W. Buffalo Street, next to Beverly J. Martin and Immaculate Conception Schools. The NOEP can be contacted by phone at either 607-272-5062 ext. 21 or at 1-866-436-2650 ext. 21.
The Tompkins County NOEP makes visits to several sites in the county. To set up an appointment to meet at a location near you or downtown at Catholic Charities, contact the NOEP. You can also be pre-screened over the phone and have application materials mailed to you.
