Justice & Peace Ministry
Through its Justice and Peace program, Catholic Charities brings together people from a variety of religious backgrounds to work together for public policies that benefit the poorest among us. We offer special assistance to Catholic faith communities in responding to the social demands of the Gospel.
- Labor-Religion Coalition of the Finger Lakes and The Tompkins County Workers Center: A chance to join with community members from a diversity of religious traditions to seek a living wage for all and address other issues of economic justice.
- Tompkins County Catholic Social Ministry Network: An opportunity to meet regularly with people from other Catholic faith communities in the area to work for policies that benefit the poorest among us.
- Justice, Peace & Life: Our Justice & Peace Ministry Coordinator creates this monthly newsletter which is distributed to parishioners around the diocese. Click here to see the latest edition.
