Catholic Charities is recognized by the Department of Justice and the Department of Homeland Security as a non-profit agency that can provide low cost legal immigration services. Services are fee-based, and we offer a sliding scale for individuals who are living in low income households. We are affiliated with the Catholic Legal Immigration Network, Inc. (CLINIC).
